Instrumentation technical Experience

-Preparation of project MTO for JB structure, instrument stanchion, instrument bulk material, cable glanding and termination material, tubing materials and assistance for material’s procurement department related activities as per zone wise and classifications.

-Reviewing and preparation of P&ID drawings, Instrument Layout, Cable Tray Routing, Loop Drawings, Instrument Wiring Drawings, Instrument Hook-up Drawings, DCS & ESD Loop System drawing.

-Calibration and loop checking for field instruments (Emerson, Rosemount, ABB, Bentley Nevada, Honeywell, and Yokogawa) and providing assistance to commissioning team.

-Client Coordination for proper flow of construction materials without any hindrance for construction activity.

-Installation for F&G alarm system as per Engineering & standard drawing.

-Installation and erection of junction box, Local Control panels, cable trays, all supports according to the company specifications, Instrument Air Manifolds, Impulse tubing, Air tubing pressure and leak testing and commissioning.

- By analyzing the Customer Purchase Order and have the communication establishments with the desired manufacture in the same day & close flow up to achieve client’ requirements with high quality & fast response.

- Negotiating Manufacture received quotations to maintain the highest income per each & to ensuring all the material submitted as per client specification and will be delivered within the promised delivery period and payment invoices related to the clients & vendors are correct.

- Close follow up for all reports to the client related to requested material & to ensure material has been delivered to site with complete calibration with client inspector and as per approved client’s specification data sheet.
