CACI/INTEGRATED PERSONNEL & PAY SYSTEM-ARMY (IPPS-A) Arlington, VA July 2015- Present
Project Manager – Serves as Deployment Release 3 Lead/Deputy of the Integrated Personnel and Pay System (IPPS-A) to the U.S. Army. Ensures all requirements are within scope of the overall Implementation Plan, Lifecycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP), and the Deployment Management. Coach, mentor, and lead a project team of 13 analysts to execute the world-wide deployment of the Integrated Personnel and Pay System (IPPS-A) to the U.S. Army. Lead collaborative effort with technical staff and external stakeholders to define technical and operational requirements and develop the IPPS-A deployment strategy and system cutover checklist. Establish data quality metrics to monitor progress and continuously align resources with project scope and strategic objectives. Sustainment Lead - Directed all personnel responsible for the operation and support of the IPPS-A portfolio of systems and the Tier 2 support desk.
