JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop database for all projects in the organization

• Maintenance of database and monitoring of functions, including proper functionality, backup/recovery and performance checks

• Maintain, update and manage health information databases developed for the organization

• Technically monitor routine data collection, collation, storage, analysis, and reporting to measure achievement against the performance indicators.

• Provide technical leadership and oversight of monitoring, evaluation and research on projects

• Work with program teams to develop the Project’s Performance Monitoring Plan (PMP),

• Oversee implementation of the PMP including production and use of quarterly and annual reports,

• Conduct baseline data survey for each project component and for all project indicators.

• Conduct periodic data quality assessments for all projects

• Prepare exports and imports reports for organizational needs

• Compile and analyze statistical information provided through implemented project activities and produce reports (periodic and final reports)

• Monitor and evaluate programs implemented by organization (Donor and Non-donor projects)

• Developed and monitor project performance database for Community Centered Campaign Against Rape and Sexual Abuse in Slums (3CARS) project with over 3,833 direct beneficiaries (2019- 2020).

• High frequency reporting of data tracking and analysis on Integrated Child Health and Social Services Award (ICHSSA) project to reduce the impact of Human Immunodeficiency Virus and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (HIV/AIDS) on orphans and vulnerable children (OVC). 2020- till date. o Supervise the enrolment and services of OVC
