Packaging for a VTOL unmanned urban drone helicopter. Work fuselage for connection points for hydrogen fuel cells, radiators, hoses, manifold, and overflow canisters. Assign material to all parts to establish CG so that simulation flight can be performed. Design alignment fixture to hold 10 PCBAs for fiber optic cables that aided in aligning PCBAs on holder able to be viewed by optical measuring tool and wire bonding accuracy within 10 microns.

Develop vendor relationships and create top five tier list for sheet metal, casting, plastics, and quick-turn prototypes.

Designed multiple system boxes for Lord Corporation to address helicopter and fixed-wing aircraft vibration damping and Active Vibration Control for military/commercial vehicles.

Developed system box for GE Mining crawler vehicle that met and exceeded client durability standards. Electromechanical packaging for locomotive battery.

Design telephone pole mount radom for 5G based equipment. Total layout for board size, 120-degree FOV and to IP65.

Designed sheet metal system box for Maui Imaging (Medical) with 14 custom-printed circuit boards on a PCIe pitch of .800 for a Computed Echo Tomography cart (Electro-medical Equipment).

Develop 3 different types of radar jamming equipment for L3 Interstate. All designs had heavy emphasis on RF components using SMA/Mil-38999 connectors. All box designs had EMI gaskets to control emissions, and PCBA’s had custom soldered CANs over RF components to isolate noise. All cable connection also had protective shielding on connectors to help reduce EMI.

(DDIT) Direct Digital Imaging Technology Inc. Design a system box with electronics for Mammogram Imaging machine. Electro-Mechanical box fits within a gantry system blind mate. Glass stack up with reflectors, diffusers, and COF Chip on Flex alignments are critical to function items that must be locked in place.

Used SolidWorks to design test fixture for insulation removal process for use in clean rooms for the medical industry. Device is a cathode capable of removing blood clots in veins.
