Developed system box for GE Mining crawler vehicle that met and exceeded client durability standards. Electromechanical packaging for locomotive battery.
Design telephone pole mount radom for 5G based equipment. Total layout for board size, 120-degree FOV and to IP65.
Designed sheet metal system box for Maui Imaging (Medical) with 14 custom-printed circuit boards on a PCIe pitch of .800 for a Computed Echo Tomography cart (Electro-medical Equipment).
Develop 3 different types of radar jamming equipment for L3 Interstate. All designs had heavy emphasis on RF components using SMA/Mil-38999 connectors. All box designs had EMI gaskets to control emissions, and PCBA’s had custom soldered CANs over RF components to isolate noise. All cable connection also had protective shielding on connectors to help reduce EMI.
(DDIT) Direct Digital Imaging Technology Inc. Design a system box with electronics for Mammogram Imaging machine. Electro-Mechanical box fits within a gantry system blind mate. Glass stack up with reflectors, diffusers, and COF Chip on Flex alignments are critical to function items that must be locked in place.
