Duties & Responsibilities

ØHandle Administrative duties such as preparing all type of Memos/crosspondance & Notices.

ØSite Guest House Management, Vendors Management.

ØHandling and Administration on MONTHELY PROGRESS REPORT (MPR) And QPR of office and site work.

ØArranging site transportation for employees.

ØHandling Travel arrangements Train / Air Ticket, Hotel booking Etc.

ØMaintain statutory compliance and day-to-day administration.

ØCheck & reply all e-mails on daily basis, in order to make sure no mail remain non-responded by the end of the business day.

ØMaintain relation with clients (PWD).

ØAll the statutory compliance and ESIC, PF documents should be followed. Minimum wages act, Contract Labor Act.

ØIn charge of inventory control of stationery, paper (check and stock), sundries (check and stock) and issuing of purchase requisitions, petty cash.

Ø Proper maintenance and operations of particular client& employees in terms of House Keeping, Food & Beverage, Stationery, Dispatch, Pantry &Vendors.

ØArranging for relocation of employees from different parts of India which includes arrangement for their home and family.

Duties & Responsibilities

ØMaintaining office co-ordination: maintaining co-ordination and link between the department/person and the rest of the office.

ØArranging meetings and other gatherings.

ØCreating and maintaining office documents: office documents such as, invoices, reports, data sheets have to be created and maintained by an administrative assistant.
