PROFESSIONAL WORK EXPERIENCE:

Organization: Oasis Pure Water Factory (NFPC Mega Plant KIZAD-UAE)

Designation: Quality Controller.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with production supervisor and QA personal for start-up and end of production.

Check the entire control panel, switches, valves and setting before and after the production.

Weekly inspection and Cleaning of Preliminary and final filters of 20-micron mesh filter.

Backwashing of carbon filter and steam sterilizing.

Weighing and preparation of mineral batch with QA personal.

Monitoring and Flushing of RO unit on daily basis.

CIP activities of RO and all Lines & All Tanks (Mineral preparation, mineral dosing, Treated water tank).

Cleaning of Treatment room on a daily and weekly basis.

Keeping an eye on all the water treatment activities and reporting any abnormality to Maintenance and QA.

Fill out monitor sheet and keep records of all activities.
