Make sure that Billing Statements are prepared on time and send to customers for the facilitation of their monthly payments.

Make sure that any customer requirements and inquiries (Billing, Payments, Activation of the Units and Documentary requirements like ORCR of the Units) are addressed and coordinated with the different Division of GMS.

Oversee the credit approval process, overseeing the Credit Operations Team, applying Credit Policy and providing the final decision on all customer loan application.

I make sure that each loan approval done by our district managers are within our policy guidelines, as to ascertain minimum credit risk is taken.
