•Developed the Account Executive Value Creation tool for the lending deal modeling and approval process to increase number of mortgage lenders using MS SQL Server, C#, Crystal Reports and T-SQL.

•Managed the Control Log application that utilizes J2EE, Actuate, PL/SQL, SQL*Loader and Korn Shell; developed as an Intranet system that allows top management reconcile, monitor and audit critical balance sheet GL accounts and fix data if required and generate monthly financial reports.

•Designed Control Logs logical and physical database schema, generated and modified DDL using ERwin.

•Implemented complex logic involving dynamic SQL, and Oracle Web Toolkit for creating Intranet Actuate financial and ad-hoc reports.
