Providing advice and guidance to employees and management on employee related matters.

Ensuring detailed and up to date staff record both electronically and hard copy in line with organizational policy.

Staff recruitment which involve preparing job descriptions and posting job adverts for vacant positions and scheduling interviews for applicants.

Preparing monthly payroll advice and presenting to the Internal Control and Finance Department for vetting.

Ensuring that staff benefits are timely prepared and sent to the Internal Control for vetting. This include leave bonuses, overtime and holiday pay, off days, responsibility, housing, telephone, outstation/travelling allowances

Developing and implementation of HR policies and procedures in the organization.
