Bin Salim Enterprises LLC is an Oman’s leading trading group dealing with specialized products in the Construction, Oil & Gas, Industrial, Electrical and Telecommunication sector. All the sales divisions are marketing the products, supplied by renowned international manufacturing companies such as Atlas Copco, Hilti and Lucy Switchgear etc.

Job Responsibilities:

In-house sales of air compressors and ancillaries, breakers and rock drills.

To prepare detailed technical-commercial proposal which is in line with the customer requirement.

Prepare layout diagrams for the customer to get an idea of the space occupied by the equipment in the compressor room and to give an overview of the equipment connection.

Review and fill in the technical data sheets for the projects.

Prepare submittals as per the format required by the client.

Prepare cost beneficial analysis to analyze the profit on every item for which proposal is prepared.

Prepare invoices, purchase orders and delivery notes.

Prepare and keep record of pre-delivery inspection memos.

Assist in logistics; keep track of the shipment of items and arrival of items to port or warehouse, collect and review the invoice documents, prepare shipping documents as per customer requirement and arrange for delivery of items to customer site.

Assist customer by providing all the necessary technical documents along with calculations in line with project requirements.

Prepare weekly sales report and generate presentations to analyze the performance of the sales staff.

Prepare quarterly budget presentations for the division.

Prepare and maintain documents for ISO audit.

Prepare machine production schedule from the date of receipt of enquiry to the date of arrival of machines at site.

Organize the customer event programs conducted by Atlas Copco Services Middle East, Bin Salim Enterprises LLC in Oman.

Update the showroom with the latest stock products and manage the showroom on the whole. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
