Study on consumer spending via plastic money in organized retail centres Consumer response towards the usage of plastic money with emphasis on increase of shift of plastic money in india from credit cards to debit cards. The distribution of these cards has increased due to the fact that banking sector has become more advance with technologies. This study is carried out to identify customer perception, preferences, expectations from credit / debit card services and how frequently they use or spend via plastic money.
