JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overall management, Client and Consultants’ coordination.
Arranging materials, resources etc., required to meet out the plan.
Reviewing construction programme and implementing the same after approval.
Coordinating with plant department for machinery needed for the project.
Controlling daily output of the labour gang, monitoring front line staff and Engineers.
Reviewing and assisting QS to submit the invoices.
Preparation of the specific project quality assurance plan, Inspection and test plans, Check-sheets and related procedures.
Implementation of the Quality Assurance Programme for the project.
Monitoring Project Managers, Engineers, QA / QC Engineers & QC Inspectors and giving guidance to maintain quality standards.
Completion of necessary documentation to verify the work performed.
Ensuring that all test reports are verified to meet the contract requirements.
Ensuring all materials delivered to site are inspected and confirm to specified requirements.
Issue and administer NCRs and CARs as necessary, including follow-up.
Reviewing Subcontractors Quality plan & ITP’s and commenting as needed.
Report to the concerned area Manager any deficiencies in the operation of QA System.
Completion of final quality documentation in a presentable manner, in accordance with the conditions of contract.
Management reviews as specified in the Project Specific Plan.
Conducting progress meetings with Company staff & subcontractors’ staff.
Giving necessary training to QC Engineers, Inspectors and Document controllers for efficient implementation of QMS.
Coordinating and assisting with Project Managers & GM (Projects) to complete the project within the stipulated time and allocated budget.
