Graduate Mechanical Engineer 27 years total experience of which last 15 years in SAP consulting Strong exposure in IT, ERP SAP consulting, Sales & Marketing, and Services. In the role of a Functional consultant in the Pfizer Digital SOM team. To be part of the team and be involved from project kick off to gather requirements from business which is presently using legacy (JDE) applications in about 13 countries across the globe. The project is to help business and IT teams in the deployment and migration to SAP as per global template at Pfizer. Conduct solution walk through sessions with business heads in the assigned countries and confirm process adherence or changes that go into the SAP application. Work on configuration and code changes needed to a smooth transition to SAP. Work on DATA migration approach be a part to help business and legacy application SMEs in finalizing Data extraction, transformation until loading into the new SAP application to fit into the global template. Create CRD documents and functional specification documents to act as a guide for completing the configurations and enhancements in SAP. Identify and fix issues while DATA loading into SAP with the help of HP ALM tool. Project: Arkema-Bostik - Onsite USA (Milwaukee WI) - BEST AMAS Support - Role: SAP SD and LE Functional Consultant

Duration: August 2018 to May 2020

Tasks and Responsibilities:

In the role of SAP SD and LE functional consultant assigned to the BEST AMAS support project and expected to support the SAP application in the Order to Cash and Logistics process areas. Provide daily support to business users in AMAS and EMEA with incidents and change requests. Review tickets created in Service Now application tool. The tickets are divided into incidents and change requests by business users. Work on incidents and resolve them for business to continue smoothly. Also work on change requests by following the EDOC process for approvals and release changes to live after unit test and UAT in Quality system. Weekly review of incidents and EDOCs with the French OTC team for reviewing and validating impacts of changes to global processes across all business areas. Train business users and develop work instruction documents as necessary. Develop best practices in the competency center to bring awareness to BPOs for implementing those practices in the Order to Cash areas with AMAS business users. Daily monitoring of EDI interfaces and IDOC failures in the OTC areas and fix failed IDOCs after conducting root cause analysis of the issue and reprocess them. Estee Lauder Inc is a major American consumer product manufacturing and distribution giant with global presence and owning major brands in the beauty and personal care segment of the CPG industry. Tasks and Responsibilities:

Inducted into the project during Group2 ITR2 testing phases continued working on Group3 and Group4 rollouts end to end. Initially assigned to the P&B area, made good progress and took on additional responsibilities in managing and reporting activities.
