QA Analyst - Bank of America June 2017 – Till date

Fin39 Netting System : A Regulatory Reporting and Netting System to report the bank’s derivative and off balance sheet trading activities on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. It receives trade data from all over the world.

Responsibilities

•Interacted with business analysts to gather requirements, documented them and analyze them with testing and development teams come up with testing estimations and testing strategies.

•Developed Test Plans, Functional Test requirements specifications and Functional Test Cases using Quality Center.

•Developed test data requirements, data dependencies and conditions for all test cases.

The project entails disaster recovery smoke testing for a group of contains applications that provide model values used in loan valuations (PortVal) and loan pool characteristic data (Phoenix Reference Data Services), applications that streamline investor data intake (Investor Order Application), handle financial hedge setup (Hedge Tracking System), and applications that enable debt desk to view financial reports (CFWEB Server/Infrastructure).

Responsibilities

•Understanding the Business requirements and map these to the Solution design.

•Performed various functions prior to conducting tests such as data analysis and mapping.

•Check for accuracy, completeness (missing data, invalid data) and inconsistencies.
