SIDR – Sensitive Information Detection and Reporting - A prototype data loss protection program primarily written in Python and developed in group project. Consists of a web app interface used to scan specified web pages and server files for public-facing SSNs, passwords, and University Identification Numbers. Primarily responsible for creating the component used to read and parse various file types and web pages located on designated testing servers. Web Data Collection/Analysis - Series of projects using Python programming to collect and analyze large sets of data from various web APIs and services including web servers, web archives, memento aggregators and the Twitter API. Programming included web mining, classification and clustering algorithms, repurposing of existing machine learning algorithms, recommendation systems, and Python Infovis/Graphviz. Some libraries used in these projects include Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, TensorFlow, and matplotlib.
