Consulting experience for Utilities industry:

Role: Functional Architect / Delivery Lead / Techno-Functional Lead

Strong understanding of Meter to Cash process and how SAP is tightly coupled between utilities modules of SAP CRM for utilities, SAP FICA, SAP Device management and SAP Billing.

Hands on experience on setting-up a Interaction center for call center with different telephony tools also new Visual IVRU.

Configure SAP’s customer relationship management (SAP CRM) for both On-Prem/On Cloud systems.

Loyalty Management

SAP AG was implementing Loyalty Management (In-house project) to give rewards for all their Implementation Partners. The process involved creating Loyalty Program (Partner Types),creating Memberships, identifying and creating members which fall under the program and creating rules using rule policies swhich will award them based on the business made.

To understand the White field framework (Specific to Loyalty Management) and design the new functionality required for the process.

Creating some custom assignment blocks and attaching it to the standard LOYALTY object.

Creating One Order Follow-ups (Activity) for the Loyalty Application

BOL programming with enhancements of standard components for business specific requirements; creation of views also developing the of customer specific validations and conditions.

Solution Manager Upgrade

SAP had a Solution Manager as a tool to their customers for creating the change request for their project with SAP or within their organization. All the functionalities for creating the change request was run in the SAP GUI transaction CRMD_ORDER, since the transaction is obsolete now we are transforming the whole functionality into WEB UI, by creating a new Genil and Bol objects. Trained Colleagues in China with the new CRM Web UI and did work on all phases projects.

To Identify the existing functionalities in SAP GUI and transform all the process into BSP application.

Regular discussions with the Business lead to get all the requirements and also demo few of the requirements in SAP CRM 7.1.

Creating a new Genil and BOL objects for the functionality.

Hewlett-Packard was running their CRM services stream using SAP CRM 4.0 with PCUI, and later had an upgrade to the new version of SAP CRM 2007 with ICWC UI. The OOB SAP CRM2007 did not fulfill most of the HP's requirement and there was a huge amount of difference with the functionalities captured in the Old systems.

Created the BSP UI components which consisted of View/ Viewset /Overview Page, Runtime repository changes like Component Usage, Component Interfaces, and Navigation links.

Extended the existing BOL model (using IBOM Framework) to add a new dependent object coded the logic of persisting the data in the Marketing Object layer using back end APIs

Enhanced the existing BSP UI screens of Quotation and Contract Management, Target Groups by adding new fields as per the requirement. Coded the business logic in BADI implementations which populates the new fields.

Developed/Customized Business Forms (Work Flow) using Adobe forms.

Create RFC enabled function modules / APIs to read the Quotation, Contract, Purchase order data from the external systems.
