Responsible for keeping an organized calendar for events
Dealing with employee complaints and grievances
Organizing induction ceremonies and training for new staff.
Handling new hire paperwork
Making justification notes for different vendors or internal purchasing order
Preparing different notes for different services
Support the new hires for providing with the necessary resources
Keeping bulletin boards up to date with current information
Updating all statutory Registers for factories

Preparing Offer, Confirmation and settlement letters of OR Employees.
Compilation of attendance data for OR Employees, NEEM Trainees and Apprentices
Maintaining Leave records of OR Employees and NEEM Trainees and Apprentices
Updating employee records with holiday requests, payroll changes and any leave due to illness
Preparing Stipend of NEEM Trainees and Apprentices
Canteen Coupons Reconciliation, costing and category cost Allocation
Monthly Canteen cost Allocation to Finance.
Preparing and Submission of monthly EPF Challan of OR Employees on EPFO Portal
Letter to EPFO regarding name discrepancy or nominee change or any other data correction
Maintaining monthly statutory compliances of different vendors
Handling complete process of ITC guest house
Employees F&F Processing and Exit formalities
Successfully managed multiple tasks
