Job Responsibilities:

Handled the entire HR functions in the organization:

This includes Recruitment of Engineers their joining formalities conducting the induction program of newly joined employees.

Issuance of appointment letters.

Preparing their I-Cards.

Payroll of the company.

Also taking care of the insurance of the new employees i.e. make sure that each of the employee get insured or not.

Issuance of different kinds of letters to the employees.

PMS: Performance Management System, actively done of all the employees who get eligible for their yearly increment. Performance appraisals of employees basically based on rating scale method on which basis we rate the employees as per their performance during last year. Performance Management System basically based on the following attributes:

Rating of the employee’s performance done on the basis of the KRA’s which are correlated to KPI’s of employees.

Role of MBO in PMS: After reviewing the appraisals of the employees the final decision taken by the management regarding the appraisal percentage and increment of all individuals.

Training & Development: This is also an important attribute which help employees to develop themselves in terms of getting new development in their domain and getting trained after having a training session both on job training and off the job training to learn new things.
