Over 20 years of diversified experience as Piping Designer in FEED, EPC, EPCM and Revamp projects within the Petro Chemical, Refinery, Oil, and gas industry.

Power generation plants, Pipelines and Pump Stations. Additional experience includes:

Good Field experience on both, offshore and onshore Projects.

Piping and Structural specification application, International codes, and Standards.

Knowledge of API, ANSI, ASME B31 series, and NFPA code requirements.

Developed conceptual piping arrangement based on P&ID, piping design standards and criteria considering economy, safety, operation, and maintenance.

Designed routing of process and utility piping for new and revamp projects.

Strong background in 3D equipment and piping modeling. New pipe route, 3D model equipment as well as nozzle orientation. Experience developing isometrics, plus ability to develop plan views, sections, and elevations.

Checking IFA and IFC piping isometrics per P&ID and specifications that includes supervision interfacing with all disciplines to solve specific mutual problems. 3D Model Reviews (30%, 60%, & 90%). Vendor drawing reviews.

Conduct field inspections and surveys (walk downs) to validate system drawings through the plant.

Field sketches, Tie-in points, and demolition drawings. Material take- offs and troubleshooting in the field construction.

Good knowledge of various CAD systems and 3D modeling.
