• Performing reconciliation of debit cards, credit cards, Forex and settlements

• Ensure daily reconciliation of transactions and done by SCB Debit Cardholders in other bank ATM’s and POS machines

• Daily cash balance reconciliation of all ATMs in India

• Reporting of month end ageing analysis and maintaining accurate data on the outstanding entries in the accounts

• Escalating outstanding entries on daily and monthly basis

• Acting as a prime point of contact and backup for reconciliations advised by line manager

• Provide high standard of service to client enquires and complaints

• Ensure all reports meet SLA deadlines and escalate all unresolved entries on daily and monthly basis
