• Performing reconciliation of debit cards, credit cards, Forex and settlements
• Ensure daily reconciliation of transactions and done by SCB Debit Cardholders in other bank ATM’s and POS machines
• Daily cash balance reconciliation of all ATMs in India
• Reporting of month end ageing analysis and maintaining accurate data on the outstanding entries in the accounts
• Liaise with the TLM team to automate the reconciliation of ATM cash balance, acquire & issue reconciliations
• Ensure accurate entries and check for mismatch between EBBS and switch reports
• Testing the manual reconciliations and matching the process in TLM using automation
• Escalating outstanding entries on daily and monthly basis
• Acting as a prime point of contact and backup for reconciliations advised by line manager
• Provide high standard of service to client enquires and complaints
• Ensure all reports meet SLA deadlines and escalate all unresolved entries on daily and monthly basis
