I handled complex injury and property claims for 27 years, 14 years as a Team Manager. Since January 2015, I have served in a management role with a focus on coordinating the P&C Claims response to regulatory and legislative activityRisk and Compliance, managing a span of 8-12 Coordinators with a background in claims and the lawattorneys.
