● At the Green Valley Country Club I was a versatile employee and held the role of all service providing staff being trained in all areas to be proficient and grooming for management positions prior to the Covid 19 pandemic that abruptly put a stop to all events and employees have all been laid off since. I thoroughly enjoyed my position with the club and took pride in my work. I built solid relationships with my club members and their families as this club is a private golf course exclusively for the members, their family's and guests only. I took pride in the service I provided down to the smallest detail. I personally catered to the Tennis League and hosted their games and socials on a weekly basis adding my own personal touch that let my skills shine through propelling the demand for the members requesting myself to host their personal events they would schedule to have thrown at the club or privately at home. .

● My skills include but are not limited to, banquet service, casual and fine dining including set up and placement of decor and various food and beverages stations and proper table setting with upscale etticut. I am very familiar with the point of sale system we used as does many other restaurants in the industry. I am a bartender and event hostess for birthday parties, all holidays and special events as well as tasteful celebrations of life ceremonies. I am able to observe and predict the next request for a member or their guest and be able to make accommodations quickly and efficiently requiring little extra instruction. I work well with others and enjoy learning new ways to do things and I have no problem jumping in to help out another staff member even if they are in a different department than mine as we are all a team and our goal is to provide the best service possible for the enjoyment by members and guests of the club. Grotki Services a subcontractor for CSC Security at the Oracle Arena in Oakland CA - Event Staff Part time

● The title for the Event staffing is called Security at times as there are positions that check bags and wand patrons at the metal detectors for weapons and other prohibited items. I 2

have worked those areas however I typically am requested to work in the VIP section of the Oracle Arena exclusively during the Warriors games.

● Neat appearance as well as a friendly and smiling personality is a requirement to be selected to have a position in the VIP area. To be selected you must arrive early, have an outward friendliness and positive attitude as well as flexibility for change and ability to time manage and work on your own as well as a team player

● My typical night during a Warriors game is a roaming position where I am entrusted with the freedom to walk around the VIP and restricted areas of the Oracle Arena to be a deterrent by my presence for misbehaving and set my eyes for real issues that may be a threat to anyone’s safety. In the areas I supervise besides the players and team owners there are celebrities who come for games. The ability to maintain composure and discretion is a must as well as being able to politely answer questions, give directions, usher, greet and hold pleasant conversation in an energetic fast paced environment.

● Take counter and telephone orders for catering and immediate dining services for patrons and many large corporations in the Tulare area.

● Food prep and flat top/fryer cook. My standard shift was the breakfast - lunch crowd in the restaurant.
