I brought my love of the Agile framework to the event planning industry. I was able to integrate the Agile methodology in our day-to-day operations. Scrum Master for 2 teams in the Data Domain and 1 team in the Digital Domain.

Facilitate all Sprint ceremonies and work with the team on improving processes within the team.

Coach the teams on Agile values and principles through the retrospective process and 1-on1 meetings.
