In January 2017 I started a new senior job title which was Food And Beverage Supervisor. The main roles within this role is to make sure relevant drinks have been ordered with the correct suppliers. Making sure we

I attended a WSET Wine course which was issued by Essex wine School During this time we got to taste wines with different snacks. By doing this we got to match different wines with different meals. Full Time Job at the Maison Talbooth working within the Front of House department.There are two types of jobs within this
department the customer facing and telephone.
During a day to day basis we start of with breakfast then set up for Afternoon teas. In between we answer phone calls and also check guests in and out of the hotel. Other roles within the Front of house department are stayovers and cashing up. Members of staff who are doing the stay- over cash up. Due the size of the hotel a night porter isn't needed all the time. This is why we do over shifts incase of an
emergency.
