Responsibilities:

Working as Lead EDI consultant.

Building Functional spec for purchase order (850), order acknowledgment (855), Invoice (810), advance shipment notice (856) and sales catalog (832) to handle all existing customers requirement by analysing existing legacy maps. So similar requirements can be moved in SAP.

FedEx wants to implement 1100 trading partner who were using 140 COBOL programs, to migrate on GXS AI common map solution.

The A.P. Moller - Maersk Group comprises A.P. Moller - Maersk A/S and subsidiaries. The Group has developed into a global company, employing about 120,000 people in around 130 countries – Maersk are involved in a wide range of activities within the Transport, Energy, Offshore, Retail and Manufacturing industries.

Maersk Edi Project is an EAI /Integration project. The implementation is covering EAI /EDI Solutions for interfacing with large number of legacy mainframe applications. The process of integrating multiple applications that were independently developed, may use incompatible technology, and remain independently managed. This may be B2B and A2A. Maersk selected GXS Enterprises system and GXS Application integrator software to integrate key applications with the equipment management system, central dispatching, Booking management and financial management system of Maersk as well as Trucking management system of 1400 external service providers. The resulting system enabled 100% container movement visibility and 100% paper less payment process, eliminating a prior delay of 20 days.

Responsibilities:

Handled Team of 5 Edi members and ensure the delivery of daily mapping enhancement and comm tickets.

Developed and test ANSI X12 maps like 300,301,304,310,315,323 for trading partners like IKEA, GTNEXUS, and WALMART etc.

Responsibilities:

Gather the requirement from customer.
