Grew distributor monthly sales volume from 20,000 liters in lubricant sales in 2016, to 26,000 liters within the first two months of employment and later, to more than 35,000 liters monthly till date. Consequently, the distributor’s monthly target was raised from 24,000 liters in 2016 to 36,500 liters in 2017 and later, to 50,000 liters by 2019
Developed a comprehensive clients database for the distributor and on behalf of Vivo Energy Uganda
Grew sales of Shell Advance AX3, a specialized motorcycle engine oil in and around Kampala, which was a slow moving product in 2016, from less than 20 cartons in distributor monthly sales to at least 100 cartons per month, as of 2019
As a result of up-selling and cross-selling, demand for a varied range of Shell branded lubricants and oils in the Central territory emerged.
