Job Description and responsibilities:

Identifies patients services requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients and others persons in a position to understand service requirements. Ensure the radiology equipment preventive manufacturing; calling for repair, trouble shooting and techniques.

Maintain the radiology supplies, checking the stock placing and expediting orders, verifying the supplies. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending a professional seminar or convention . Maintain safe and clean work

Gains patient cooperation by reducing anxieties; providing a proper explanation for the patients and answering the question.

Prepare patient for the radiological procedure by positioning patients, adjusting the devices and controls to set the factors.

Minimize the radiation to patients always use the ALARA for doing the procedures, check the time, distance, shielding for proper protection for the patients. Minimize the radiation to patient and for the staff Protect the patients and staff for adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
