DKSH Myanmar is one of the companies owned by DKSH group. Now our management has decided to roll out the DKSH Myanmar in to Pegasus system, which is our SAP system. DKSH Myanmar is having 2 Company Codes Diethlem Company Limited and DKSH Services Ltd. Presently they are using the third-party software which is eVolva system.

DKSH has acquired the new TEC business for Singapore. PT Primatek Technologies is the representative for Indonesia of a wide range of reputable Textile Machinery and Equipment Suppliers. Like Aesa Air Engineering Pte. Ltd, BMS bvba, Biancalani S.p. etc. These companies together with Primatek are now able to provide improved sales and marketing facilities and complete services in terms of installation, after-sales-support and spare part supply.

Transportation Management Project for Thailand Oct 2013 to Feb 2014.

DKSH has taken a license from Kewill to use their software for the TMS system. Kewill (TMS) is the Netherlands software which deals with the Transportation Management System.

DKSH and Roche are doing the Interface (EDI) project for the sales for Healthcare products.

DKSH will create the Sales orders until Invoice. Based on the Invoice Roche will create Sales Order in their system.

DKSH has acquired the new business for Philippines to sell Montblanc, Bally, Maurice Lacroix and Graham which supplies Watches.

DKSH has acquired the new business for Singapore for the shoes. DKSH will do the distribution for the shoes which has been imported from Switzerland. ON is an innovative and fast-growing Swiss company that is reinventing the running shoe.

DKSH has acquired the business in Thailand for the supplier for the Montblanc, Bally, Maurice Lacroix and Graham which supplies the variety of luxury goods like Pens, Valets, Spectacles and Watches.

DKSH has acquired the business in Malaysia for the supplier for the Darlie group which supplies the variety of consumer goods like tooth paste, tooth brushes etc.,

DKSH has acquired the business in Malaysia. Texchem which is textile industry. The company now manufactures an array of textile auxiliaries and finishing resins. This includes glyoxal resins, hardeners, cationic and non-ionic softening agents, dyeing and printing auxiliaries.

DKSH Taiwan acquired new business took over another supplier Sanofi Aventis. This project was to roll-out Sanofi Aventis into DKSH global template Pegasus.

DKSH China acquired new business in China added another unit in KangDa, Shanghai. This SAP project was to enroll KangDa unit into DKSH Pegasus

DKSH Group acquired the Asian operations of the Desco von Schulthess Group (Desco), the parent firm of Swiss luxury watch brand Maurice Lacroix. This SAP project was to enroll DESCO’s existing ERP system (Iscala) into DKSH Pegasus system.
