Training Manager
Built the training department from the ground up, designing and managing multiple training programs at enterprise level, department level, and for external customers and contractors. Collaborates with stakeholders (air navigation service providers, FAA, etc.) and Aireon leadership team to ensure that regulatory, departmental, and corporate training needs are met. Manages team of instructional designers and external training vendors to assist in designing and delivering training to employees and customers. Developed evaluation metrics and assessment tools for certification needs relative to various training programs, such as ensuring compliance with European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) requirements.
