Description: Health Guide application is an enhanced, inbound service model that helps members stay involved in their health, get more value from their benefits, and navigate the healthcare system more easily. Health Guide leverages skilled teams powered by smart engagement technology and analytics to drive the optimal member experience, regardless of where the member falls on the healthcare. The Users interact with the application through various service flows such as Eligibility, Benefits, Correspondence, Order ID Cards, Grievance and Appeals, etc. The purpose of this product is to provide features of Anthem Health Guide product to customers having non-Anthem coverage.

Responsibilities:

Created High Level Class structure, Workflows and Rule sets in Pega PRPC.

Description: Charge Back Engine is a business process outsourcing application where we customized for back end and front end to charge backs using business rule technologies used by call center associates to dispute a charge on Credit/Debit cards which automates the processes of taking the dispute, processing the dispute, resolving the dispute, making adjustments, reporting, etc. to perform accurate dispute determination and administration. The application provides a User Interface which allows to take dispute information, displays transaction information, displaying sales slips, connects and pulls the necessary information from various sources to review or analyze the dispute and makes the desired actions on the dispute.
