Skills
• At my current company I started in sales, was moved to processing and now added on being an internet manager. As a processor I work with banks to fund deals, pull and submit credit for customers, and do all the back end paperwork for a car deal. As an internet manager I hand out the leads that come in, work with sales staff to help draft emails and phone calls, and get customers into the store. I have learned a variety of skills from my past and present employment opportunities. With my current position I have learned management skills and have added on to my communications. At my previous nanny position I learned crucial life communication skills by helping the parents micromanage and schedule the daily activities each child had for the week. Making sure to communicate where each individual will be and what time gives peace of mind to the parents, allowing them to trust me with their children. When working at Community Supports, being able to master my listening skills has played a big role in how I was able to help my clients live their daily lives. Listening and understanding each persons needs and disabilities helped make each day go by more smoothly. Being able to adapt to obstacles that were placed in front of me made difficult situations easier to handle for each party involved. I was able to critique the variety of skills earlier on in my employment status during my time at Camp Bow Wow in Colorado as a Team Lead. There I learned traits such as leadership, problem solving, management, and computer skills. Having been responsible and looking over the other individual staff members and customers furry friends helped shape my communication, time management and listening skills for my past, present, and future employment opportunities. This has allowed me to learn how to analyze and understand each persons opinion while holding myself accountable for doing what it best for the company and their values.
