AmeriFirst Home Mortgage – Remote June 2018 to Present

Senior Business Analyst

This project was a large-scale obligatory change to implement the new URLA replacing 1003 forms for FNMA/FHLMC by March 2021. The main objective of the project was to redesign a new version of the URLA also known as Fannie Mae 1003 or Freddie Mac form 65 to replace the 2009 version of the URLA.

•Worked with Technology and Business Product Owners to define the product backlog features and involved in prioritizing product features for development.

•Lead the daily standup meetings, sprint planning, scrum of scrums calls, big room planning sessions and sprint retrospective meetings to ensure targets are reached for each call.

•Created and maintained the enterprise product backlog and feature list and created details user stories for sprint planning and grooming sessions.

•Partnered with the Business stake holders, process owners, end-users to identify high level product features and drilled them into detailed user stories with accompanying API events and swaggers for developers.
