OBJECTIVE
My name is Khanyisa Sitoto, a 24 years old woman. I am holding a bachelor’s degree in Social sciences, majoring in psychology and Anthropology and currently I am doing my honors degree in Anthropology. My honor’s degree research project topic is based on “The influence of Culture in gender inequality to the people who are living in rural villages,” Which led me to also explore the in-depth- understanding on the issue of gender in the workplace, I was specifically focusing on one rural village which is Qunu village. I am looking for a job in Human Resources management, officer or Administrator. I did Understanding of Human Behavior (Psychology), Determinants of Human Behavior, Strategic of Human Resource Management as well as Organizational behavior. I believe that my education and knowledge will make me an ideal candidate and valuable asset to the organisation. During my tenure at Walter Sisulu University, I developed a passion in working with people understanding their culture, background as well as their behaviour. I would like to gain multiple opportunities to develop my skills. I believe that knowledge and my interpersonal skills will make me a prime candidate for this position.
