Currently working with M/S Subros Ltd. Manesar as Asst. Engg. from 15 July 2017 to till date. In Injection Moulding department.

M/s Subros Ltd. is a ISO/TS-16949/18000 certified company. It is a joint venture company between Denso Corporation & Suzuki Motors.

The company has grown from a capacity of 15000 AC unit in 1985 comprising of largely an assembly operation, in to the largest and only binterated manufacturing unit in India for Auto Air-conditioning system.

The company has capability to manufacturing all plastic part for HVAC & condenser, compressor, radiator, Hose & Tube.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

To handle Injection Moulding machine

Line handling & Supervision of daily shift manpower

Planning for achieving daily planned target of production

Daily monitoring about rejection, PPM, Utilization & Productivity

Process optimization, standardization & Trouble shooting

Robot (Yushin & wittmann) programming for various article.

Red Bin analysis on daily basis & control rejection after finding root cause.

Key involment in TL round, Kaizen & Quality Circle

Take action against LCR, LNCR etc.

Fill process check sheet, M/C check sheet etc.

Instrument handling like vernier caliper, micrometer & Height Gauge.

To improve productivity on machine through line balancing, muda elimination, empliments kaizen, suggestion best particles.

Maintain process rejection, quality issue, mold change over time.
