Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) using COBOL, CICS, Datacom, JCL, Roscoe, WebSphere MQ,

Dimensions, XML, and JIRA. Provided on-site training to CBP officers at JFK and Miami Airport Primaries for the

E-chip Passport project. Provided on-site training for the TPAC application deployment as a lead developer to

-Logan-Orvis International for SAI / Telenor on the commercial customer order and billing system, KOF, using COBOL, CICS, DB2, SQL, and Natural2.

-Vista RMS and was assigned to Unisys Corporation on the U.S. Postal Service Y2K post implementation verification project. Utilized Visual Basic, HTML, and Visual Basic (VB) Script source code for the Customs Pre-Advisory System (CPAS), to ensure that the system had been modified successfully and was Y2K compliant. Performed analysis of an existing COBOL system, the Complement Management System (CMS), and documented the system flow using PowerPoint. Responsibilities also included analysis of modified COBOL source code and system documentation; to ensure that systems have been modified successfully and were Y2K compliant. Microsoft Word and Access were used to document audit results.

-Professional Alternative, Inc. on MCI Communications on the Mass Markets Billing OCIS Financial Information System (OFIN). Responsibilities included analysis of new projects, developing test plans, and acting as a Point of Contact (POC) for the Quality Assurance (QA) group.
