Work productively so that baked goods are made according to order.
Follow safety procedures to avoid burns and other injuries while working with equipment.
Physically able to stand for extended hours.
Need to do whatever heavy lifting is required.
Decorating cakes with glazes, icings, buttercream and edible toppings, like flowers.
Adjust oven tempratures to ensure proper baking.
