Prime Responsibilities: Looking after the hub data with correctness in receiving the Line Hall with shipments, checking the return shipments. Hub accuracy, CSAT, First Attempt Delivery(FAD), POS payments, maintain RCA, Fake response, CD & NCD Brach, BYOD Adaptation, CPS, Slot Adherence, etc. Apart from these follow-up with delivery executive with their delivery problems.
