I was worked in Auto Motive battery Division as Assistant Engineer in Assembly Section

At present working in Small battery division as Deputy Engineer in Assembly Section

Key Result Areas:

Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits.

Monitoring quality systems & compliance with present standards; troubleshooting and maintaining requisite documents to ensure complete Assembly quality and improvement process capabilities

Preparing PPAP documents, Control plan, Flow Charts, Process drawings, PSW’s, PFMEA’s, Interacting with suppliers for quality feedback on product changes and providing technical assistance

Lead APQP activities, process changes and quality improvement plans

Coordinated with production to meet customer releases and operating priorities

For Non Conformance lots inform the supplier through Corrective Action form and follow up with the supplier to see the effectiveness of the corrective action.

Involved in six sigma(cost reduction), statistical capability studies, continuous improvement and safety

Validate the new mold & jigs based on product drawings

To implement the POKA YOKE & Error Proofing methods in critical area.

To prepare Statistical Process control Charts and Process capability studies for critical Parameter

To conduct shop floor trails on any new material and final trial reports to be prepared

Well knowledge in 5S, MSA, TQM, 7QC TOOLS, FMEA, SPC and
