JOB DESCRIPTION

1.Providing an excellent health care needs to our patients thru quality efficient and patient centered care.

2. Performs job functions consistent with the corporate visions and mission statement and core values of the organization.

3.Assess/diagnose problems and needs implements appropriate nursing actions needed as guided by established nursing care procedures.

4.Prepares for nursing care by explaining procedures to be undertaken to patient, observing medical asepsis.

5.Monitor patient’s condition and report any unusualities to doctors.

6.Identifies patient’s needs and participate in emergency call response team activities, performs (CPR) when needed, assist in intubations.

7.Provides assistance to and coordinates with the attending physicians.

8.Provides health education to the patient and his family, their rules ensuring successful therapy and rehabilitation while in the hospital and after discharge.

9.Identifies nursing need of patient and provides nursing care and procedures including but not limited to: taking and recording vital signs, assess/ diagnose problems and needs, implements appropriate nursing action needed as guided by establish nursing care procedure.
