Fannie Mae One-Time Modification — December, 2017
Reviewed a portfolio of Fannie Mae loans under Nationwide Advantage Mortgage Servicing for eligibility under a specific, one time modification. This required both front-end and back-end calculations for which I did not have access to a desktop underwriting system.
● Created two separate spreadsheets with specific formulas and macros for consistency and to create a file for each loan. This was for each of the front-end and back-end calculations
● Provided specific details for how all calculations were completed and where information was pulled from at the time calculations were done.
