I am a qualified Monitoring and Evaluation practitioner possessing a first class Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from the Uganda Management Institute and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Quantitative Economics from Makerere University in addition to the World Health Organisation training in Health Cluster Coordination.
I possess 5 years in data management including planning and budgeting,mentoring, coaching and training staffs on data proper capture, management and reporting of HMIS data collected from health facilities and communities through different periodical reports while ensuring accurate and quality reports and development of impact and results narratives for quarterly and annual reporting cycles having worked as Data Officer with the Infectious Diseases Institute.
I am knowledgeable in developing and implementing the MEL framework for the projects, while ensuring strong evidence to aid result based decision making. I carry out planning for M&E activities including making work plans and budgets while ensuring effectiveness and efficiency.

Organized and adaptable professional with considerable three working experience in Monitoring and Evaluation department with experience in data management and program implementation. I have knowledge in baseline and impact evaluations to inform program implementation and policies at district and national level. In this role, I distribute medical charts to appropriate departments of the institute and maintain quality and accurate records in accordance with institution.
