Job Description as a HSE Officer

Implementing the Site HSE rules and procedure according to the site and client requirement.

Reporting to Corporate and Site HSE lead.

Verify PTW, Risk Assessment, JSA, PPE

Communicating HSE awareness on site

Coordinating HSE monthly meeting.

Attending the HSE Audits.

Preparation of the safety Alerts / flash to inculcate the safety awareness among the employees.

To identify training needs according to company, legal and Client’s requirement

Developing an HSE induction, technical training and competency matrix for all employees

Preparing monthly training reports

Delivering site safety induction for all new employees

Delivering visitors safety induction
