NC: N6: PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT.

Recruitment and Selection:

+ The intern assisted with the design of advertisements through the chosen channel used by the campary.

+ The intern assisted with the filing of posts advertised and ensured the advertisements are correct and posted on

the agreed upon date.

+ The inter actively received and reviewed all applications, screened applications and compiled a potential shortlist.

+ The inte compited questions for interviews, scheduled interviews with candidates through the direct hire system

and followed up telephonically.

‘+ The intern participated in the interviews of both internal and external candidates, performed all background and

reference checks and gave general feedback to interviewed candidates.

+ The intern assisted with the coordination of the company recruitment open day event.

NC: N6: PERSONNEL TRAINING

* She would source learning material and assist in co-ordinating training, in any capacity, emailn

handing acceptances, organising venue, equipment, refreshments, photocopying material, venue set-up.

‘+ The intern had an opportunity to work on an HRIS system through capturing of performance reviews and training

attendance registers.

+ Record keeping of all raining, trainers and trainee information; Routine training administration, taining input and

retrieval and report generation.

‘+The intern was actively involved in the consolidation of monthly performance tracking’s and keeping records on

spreadsheets.

The candidate actively participated in the presentation of various internal company training programmes.

The candidate applied general management principles of planning, organising leading and controlling to all training

interventions,

+ The intern was actively involved and participated in disciplinary procedures including but not limited to drafting of

warnings, conducting investigations, arranging and preparing for hearings,

legislation, policies and procedures.
