Centrifugal pump:

Work involve in different types of Centrifugal pumps, Back pull out (Overhang), Between bearing Pumps, Vertical inline pumps, Single and Multi Stage Sum Pumps, Multistage Barrel type & Multistage Axial Split Pumps Dismantled and analyze the failure and Replace or reconditioned the worn-out parts and maintain the recommended clearances and service set the Mechanical Seal compression and assembled with help of proper tools and precision measurement tools.

Positive Displacement Pumps:

Reciprocating Pump:Worked in High Pressure TRIPLEX Plunger pump and Diaphragm Metering Pump dismantled and checks the dimension of journal bearing, crank pin, and connecting rod small end gudgeon pin, crosshead and plunger rod clearance and replaces packing and service of suction and delivery valves and assembled with recommended clearances. On Diaphragm pump replace the diaphragm and ball check Suction and Discharge valve and gear bearing replacement jobs.

Rotary types of pumps

Work involved in Screw pump (Double screw, Triple screw) and Gear pump. Change Bearing, Mechanical seal and check the clearance between screw and casing and check Gear Backlash and set the proper timing.

Steam Turbine

Worked involved in small and medium size of Back pressure steam turbines. Rotor replacement bearings change, check Nozzle clearance and adjust axial float & control valve packing replacement and its accessories and set the over speed trip and trouble shoot.

Reciprocating Compressor:

Work involved in major overhauling of Reciprocating Compressor

Work involved in multistage double acting reciprocating compressor replace the valves stuffing box main packing, intermediate packing and oil wiper packing and piston rod piston, change piston rings Rider rings and check crank shaft wed deflection connecting rod and crosshead shoe clearance adjustment and check piston rod straightness and adjust Bumping clearance.

Centrifugal Compressor:

Work involved in major overhauling of Centrifugal compressor

Work involved in major overhaul and seal replacement job of Horizontal split (MCL) and Barrel (BCL) type multistage centrifugal compressor. Check the clearance of internal Labyrinths and check the Diaphragms and replace the bundle O-rings. Check the tilting pad radial and thrust bearing clearance.

ALIGNMENT:

Rim and face method, Face to Face Method, Reverse indicator method (Analytical and Graphical method).

HEAT EXCHANGER:

Involved maintenance activities of fixed, floating head type and ‘U’ tube bundle, kettle type heat exchangers

Hydro testing of shell test and tube test

Tube plugging and Replacement and all stationary equipments.

VALVES:

Servicing, pressure tests and parts changing of various types of valves such as Gate valve, Globe Valve, Ball valve, Plug valve, Needle valve, butterfly valve, Safety relief valve, Pressure relief Valves & Steam traps.
