Duties:

•This position involves working at the forefront of the business and is where our customers come face to face with the brand and its people. Rental Sales Agents are responsible for conducting the rental transaction with the customer, checking that the requirements, as indicated in the reservation, are correct, informing the customer about their responsibilities, explaining the rental process and handing the keys and the vehicle to the customer once the paperwork has been completed. Good systems, processes and thorough training enable this transaction to take as little as 30 seconds to conduct, while on other occasions it may take longer with customers who require more detail and information. The Rental Sales Agent's attitude, grooming and personality has a significant impact on the customer and therefore the business success as a whole.

•As a night owl i am also responsible to print various reports and general housekeeping as well as Avis Preferred Envelope printing.
