• Working from home,which requires discipline and professionaism. Required to, rst and foremost, provide comfort and reassurance to the distressed public.

Raise awareness about the coronavirus, including symptoms, preventative measures and treatment.

• Inform the public about testing and isolation centres available to their areas. Take complaints/reports about hospitals and companies that are not complying with the COVID19 regulations.

• Provide the public with the updated coronavirus statistics. Assist the Department of Health in e ectively communicating with the public.

Required to meet a daily target of selling two DSTV decoders to at least three customers each. This included set group/team targets, which taught me how to e ectively play my individual role within a team to assist in achieving the desired goal.

Required cold calling to promote and sell the business' products. Which taught me how to pay attention to the energy, tone and phone etiquette, as these are the qualities that create an impression and buy you more time and attention from a potential customer.

Cold calling also taught me to believe in the law of averages and that patience pays o .
