An experienced Drilling Manager and one of key personnel who participate in the realization & start-up of one of the largest undeveloped oil & gas projects in the world that has global impact which is located in Basra, south of Iraq so called West Qurna Phase 2 (bringing production rate from zero to +400K BOPD in 4 years length and continued improving) Possessed extensive Drilling knowledge, strong leadership skills and superb relationship management abilities, capable to demonstrate a comprehensive experience in all types of wells in wide range of environmental and well conditions including but not limited to HTHP, H2S, HRZ, ERD, cluster drilling on both onshore and offshore Drilling, and Work-over & Completion Operations.
My experience to date has equipped me with a multitude of relevant skills in not only Drilling Engineering and Operation but also Tendering process, Contracts, solid business acumen, understanding both ROI and budget management and Procurement.
Considering myself a technically minded individual who is capable of working in a fast paced and ever changing environment and who is eager to learn about the latest platforms and technologies as they emerge. As a prolific troubleshooter, I am comfortable with tackling problem right through from detection to resolution. My core strengths include but are not limited to;

• successfully Managed execution of Mega SoW of drilling and completion (drilled +180 wells within +5 years with avg 6 drilling rigs from 10 clusters with budget > $1.0B USD)
• successfully participated and Managed tender preparation and contract awarding of 10 drilling contracts and 6 long lead items contracts within time frame and MCT budget.
• Deployed 2 drilling rigs and 1 work over rig in one cluster without any SIMOPS issues and interfering with CapCon activities (Avg.No of personnel +/- 180 inside cluster)
• Reviewed and approved Drilling Operation Manual for Mishrif wells.
• Reviewed and keep updating Mishrif and Yamama Base Of design (BOD) based on Learning curve and lesson learned captured during old and recent well drilled a long side with International Field practices.
• Establishment of specific guidelines for trouble free drilling procedures (Tanuma shale instability, optimizing wells profiles)
• Improved primary cementing of production casings and liners for highly deviated wells with long step-out >3500 m using 3D model software.
• Leading and coordinate Drilling organization chart with +50 subordinate distributed as following (well engineering team, DIOC team, Technical support team, Drilling Contract project team and wellsite supervising team). Drilling Manager Duties:-
• Ensuring safety and environmental performance are given the highest priority during all phases of Drilling, Completion & WO activities.
• Ensuring that the required contracts are in place and long lead equipment is available when required.
• Ensuring that the Drilling team maintains and works to the Company Drilling Engineering Policy and the HSE Management system and deliver superior operational performance.
