Products of specialisation includes Transport ventilator and ICU ventillator, ECG, Holter and cardiac treadmills, Pulse oximeters and BIS monitor, Patient monitor, Wound therapy and deprievement device, Ent work station, AED, OT lights and Panels, DVT equipments, infusion pump and General Lab Equipments.

Profile :

Responsible for maintanence, PPM, service and customer training for over 1000 infusion pumps in Two leading Govt hospitals in Muscat.

Resonsible for service and defect rectification of Hospira range of infusion pumps over 1300 no s in the country.

Recording, Rectifying and keeping track of the Device complaints upto the quality standards and procedures.

Technically Trained for Newport/Covidien/Medtronic range of products by the manufacturer personels.

Responsible for attending customer querry and service calls on Covidien RMS products including BIS monitor, Invos Monitors and Nellcor pulse oximeters.

Engineer for Remediation and Field Correction Activities for products ditributed all over the country.

Supporting the hospital biomeds in technical querries and fault finding of Mortara resting ECG and holter systems. Managing PPM contract with 5 hospitals for Mortara range of products.

Running 5 year maintenance contract of various equipments including pumps, Examination lights, ECG devices, Lab fridges, Ent and Opthalmic examination chairs at two Govt institutions.

Generating the path of intrusion for the products in the customer place by prodcut compliance study and regular follow ups. Ensuring the award of the order from the Procurement sections of various hospitals, Government Intitutions and Reasearch institutes.

Conducting product Evaluation and demo of new products, making Comparison Sheets, attending Price and product discussion meetings, Commissioning, Installation and technical and clinical support to the Customer are some of the undertaken profile.

Periodic checking, calibrating as per due and mainting the tracking of the due of the Tools and analysers used in the field service.

Successful completion of Field correction twice in Infusion pumps as per manufacturer instruction over 700 pumps each time.

Successful completion of Field Safety Software Update on Transport ventilator thourgh out the country for about 130 ventilators.

Successful in running consumable contract for the consecutive 5th time in two hospitals. Annual Total consumtion of consumable in two hospital over 175,000 pieces in numbers.

Attended and certified in many manufacturer service trainings including Hospira, Newport, Covidien RMS, Rigel medical, IMT medical, Spring, Sedana etc.

Started and following the asset management of the installtions with complete service history of the products.
