Title: prevention specialist officer

Unit: HIV/AIDS

DUTIES:

Direct and monitor the implementation of HIV/AIDS related projects.

Assess the nutritional status of PLHIV

Ensure the provision of quality HIV AIDS services (VCT/PMTCT/STI).

Carry out regular supervision on ongoing HIV AIDS activities.

Follow all nutritional issues for both young and older people

Ensure all objectives and planned activates are on going

Facilitate all activities related to the prevention programs of HIV/AIDS
