Work Experiences

• In October 2019, I have started working with Turbam logistics as shift supervisor and dispatcher

(Amazon) at DMC1& DMC3 Shawnee, KS. My essential duties are assign staff members to shifts, assign tasks to staff members. Order equipment, uniform, and supplies needed to our employees and evaluate staff performance and provide training where necessary. Use the radio, phone or computer to direct the drivers to the appropriate routes. Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate locations according to the customers packages delivery.

• In July 2019, I worked for C3 logistics as DA (Amazon) at DMC1 Shawnee, KS.

• In 2018- 2019 As a student I was working part-time (Federal Work Study Program) with Johnson County Community College as HR assistant at Criminal Justice Office. My essential duties are, data entry, filling, preparing meeting agenda, taking inventory, and keeping records. And working on MO, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. Also, prepare documents, process mail and answer phones.

• In July 2014, I left my country (Iraq) with my family as refugees heading to the United State of America (Lawrence, KS). And In 2015, I started studying Criminal Justice Program at Johnson County Community College.

• In January 2014, I worked for (Misnak LLC) for Logistic & General Transportation, as project manager, ENI contract for oil services.

• In 2012-2013, I worked for G4S Secure Solutions Iraq (South) oil field services “Energy City” as LN manager. Managing all teams’ movements, briefing, details, meetings, scheduling, tracking employees, and time sheet. Implement strategies and training programs designed to help employees comprehend the company’s mission. Also, provide administrative and support service with the strategic plan for administration and HR according to the standard operating procedures.

• In 2011- December 2011, I worked for Aegis for security and protection as armed TL (Team leader), at ENI for oil services located south of Basra, Iraq.

• In 2008-2010, I worked for Armor Group Iraq /G4S Secure Solutions Iraq, RTI USAID contract Basra, Iraq as site manager and TL. My essential duties are providing armed deterrent and presence at all sites visited by the clients, delivering the security brief to all clients and my local PSD team on vehicular missions. Maintaining a high level of situational awareness on all missions, briefing all QRF team members, and perform any other tasks and duties not mentioned above as directed by the supervisor. Besides that, as site manager, I was managing 103 local employees such as guards, PSDs, and female searchers, training all, and reporting to the CSO

(Compound security officer). And providing daily brief to expats and PSDs about teams’ movement in secure areas in Basra city. The site manager is responsible as the point of contact with local government and PSD teams.

• In 2004 – 2007, I worked for Babylon Eagles for security and protection as armed TL (Team leader). I was responsible for general supervision of the local PSD team. And training all team members on weapons, driving skills, communications, basic medical procedures, and any other related training as required.
